Super Circuits is a leading manufacturer and distributor of video and audio surveillance equipment.  They have been in business for over 20 years, and recently Super Circuits has been on the Inc. 500 list of America's fastest growing companies.  Super Circuits markets to a diverse customer base ranging from federal agencies, police departments, branches of the government, and small businesses to individual consumers.

Challenges

Because their customer base is so diverse, Super Circuits wanted to develop a better prospecting and contact strategy with its customers.
